01 Feb CrossTown Announces Steven Seger as New President
CrossTown’s CEO, Scott Evatt announces today that Steven Seger has been hired as the company’s new president. Steve will oversee the company’s transportation, logistics, and critical storage lines of business.
According to Scott, “The arrival of Steve signifies our launch into the next phase of growth at CrossTown.” The company expanded operations to include facilities in Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Memphis over the past couple of years. “Steve provides the strategic operations and financial background necessary to meet the future expectations of our customers.”
The Children’s Place (Disney), IKEA furniture, UPS-Mail Innovations, and American Woodmark Cabinets are a few of the companies for whom CrossTown makes regional deliveries.
Steve Seger worked as a management consultant internationally for the previous fourteen years. Additionally, he currently serves as a Director on the Board of Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation and as a Trustee on the Board of Christ Presbyterian Academy.
Steve earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Memphis and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
